Access to Employee Navigator is available for our clients at no additional cost.*

Services provided include:

  • Use of Employee Navigator system for annual open enrollment period and new hires

  • Dedicated Build Team – Major medical/Ancillary/FSA/Colonial Life voluntary products

  • System training for client personnel to facilitate selfadministration

  • Transition assistance from Ease

  • Trained benefit counselors for onsite/remote/telephonic enrollment support

Services and use of Employee Navigator is contingent upon client establishing and maintaining an account with payroll deduction of at least 3 Colonial Life products; Supporting an active enrollment of Colonial products during each annual enrollment period.


Ease Transition Assistance

Employee Navigator offers approximately 350 vendor and carrier integrations, more than 3 times the integrations offered by Ease. Currently, groups on Ease are being encouraged to transition by 2025, but this does not mean that Ease will be “turned off.” However, Ease is not currently allowing new carrier or vendor connections to be activated for existing or new groups in Ease. This means that businesses using Ease will not be able to change or add new carrier or vendors through the connections within Ease. Since the connections are one of the best methods for streamlining the enrollment and administration process, this could result in a loss of efficiency for existing Ease users. A migration tool is available, and Snap Enroll can help you to move your data from Ease to Employee Navigator.

  • Employees and their dependents + employee notes

  • Current enrollments

  • Company details

  • HR users

  • Classes, departments, divisions, etc.

Benefits Counseling Savings Calculator

This Benefits Counseling Savings Calculator helps employers estimate the potential cost savings of implementing benefits counseling sessions during open enrollment or new hire onboarding. The calculator is based on research showing that such counseling can significantly reduce employee turnover.

How it works:

  1. Input your company's current turnover rate, number of employees, average annual wage, and cost per hire.

  2. The calculator then estimates how many employees would leave without counseling, based on your current turnover rate.

  3. It calculates a reduced number of employees leaving after counseling, based on the statistics that a counseling session can reduce turnover by 7.5%-10%. Our calculator uses the average of this range (8.75%) to estimate the improvement.

  4. The calculator then determines two types of savings:

    • Turnover savings: The cost saved from retaining employees (based on their wages)
